EM'S STORYSince 2022, Emma Marie has been crafting heartfelt, story-driven songs that blend authentic lyrics with a modern country sound.
Emma started her music journey way back in 2007 when she took her first piano lessons. Shifting to percussion in 2009, she became trained in classical, jazz, and marching band styles. She participated in band, marching band, jazz band, and choir throughout her high school music career.
In 2021 she graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor of Music degree in Percussion Performance with an Arts Management Minor. During her time she performed twice with her symphonic wind ensemble at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
While Emma loves keeping up her percussion skills in local bands and orchestras, her heart lies in songwriting and country music.
Since 2022, she has been honing in on her craft as a songwriter and country music performer. Her first gig was the 2025 Spring Good Makers Market Festival in Tipton, IA. She is working towards releasing her original songs on streaming platforms and taking part in more live performance opportunities.
Long term, she’s working towards being a full-time songwriter, performer, & mom.
